Chuck’s story begins with his deep-rooted connection to the North Texas area. Growing up in Richardson, he attended local schools, imprinting a sense of community and connection that would drive his future endeavors. His educational journey led him to the University of Texas at Dallas, where he graduated in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.

Following his graduation, Chuck embarked on a career in accounting, laying the foundation for his financial acumen. After two years in the accounting field, he transitioned into mortgage banking and finance, where he honed his skills in underwriting, management, and regional operations. This diverse background provided him with a comprehensive understanding of financial markets and business operations.

In 2008, Chuck Branch embraced a new path, one centered around making a meaningful impact on people’s lives. He ventured into a business that helped individuals with disabilities, demonstrating his dedication to community welfare and service.

In 2015, Chuck Branch was elected to the McKinney City Council for District 4, marking his commitment to civic leadership and dedication to community development. His tenure on the City Council eventually paved the way for the launch of Valiant Real Estate Services in 2021.

With Chuck at the helm, Valiant Services Texas, Inc. is more than a real estate service provider; it’s a dedicated partner in building prosperous communities and empowering investors to achieve their goals. Chuck’s skill set in land and property development, contract management, zoning and entitlements, as well as his expertise in governmental and legislative affairs, has been instrumental in the success of Valiant Real Estate Services.
